Kevin Fannan

Kevin Fannan was born in South Lake Tahoe and moved to San Diego to pursue his undergraduate degree at San Diego State University and later law school at the University of San Diego, School of Law. In Law School, Kevin graduated in the top of his class, was the graduation speaker, and passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt.

As an attorney, Kevin spent several years representing public school districts assisting in fraud detection and prevention. He then served as a Deputy District Attorney in San Diego County prosecuting government corruption cases for the Special Operations Unit.

Kevin loved his attorney career, and Scenic came to him by accident—a side hustle that exploded due in part to Kevin’s passion for adventure and a deep commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As CEO of Scenic Vans, Kevin ensures that every rental vacation, and custom campervan and remodel project meets the highest standards, reflecting the unique needs and preferences of each customer. It is not uncommon for Kevin to spend hours on the phone with a customer giving them loads of advice on campervan design, purchase strategy, and vacation planning. Kevin is a straight shooter, he will tell you his opinion, but clients appreciate his candid advice.

As CCO, Kevin oversees the entire operation of Scenic Vans including Rentals, Remodels, and Custom Builds to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers and providing a high quality, safe, and legally compliant product. When Kevin isn’t helping with Scenic, he spends his time with his children, Marshall and Charlotte and visits his hometown of South Lake Tahoe. Kevin is also an avid golfer, outdoor enthusiast, travel junkie, and San Diego State sports fan.
